Questions before you draw
Does everyone need an account?
No. Only you, the organizer, give an email, and only after the draw. Everyone else opens their private link: no account, no password, no email.
Can I see who drew whom?
Not on your admin screen. The draw runs on our server, and each private link shows only its own match, so anyone who opens a link sees that one pair. Send each link without opening it and you can join the draw too.
Can I keep couples apart?
Yes. Under Keep two people apart, pick any two names, as many pairs as you need. The draw never matches them in either direction, and if the rules leave someone with nobody to draw, you’ll know before anything is sealed.
Who fills in the wishlist?
Each person adds their own when they open their link.
Someone lost their link. Now what?
Sign in on the Sign in page with your organizer email and we’ll email you a fresh admin link. From your admin page you can resend any link and see whose links have been opened and who has filled in a wishlist.
Where do gift ideas come from?
From the wishlist and the one line each person writes about what they’re into. Ask for ideas on your link and AI suggests up to five gifts, each within the budget when one is set.
What does it cost?
It’s free for groups of up to 100 names, with one free draw a day on each browser. A paid Office edition for big work groups is coming.
How long do you keep our names?
A group’s names, pairs, wishlists and questions are deleted 30 days after its exchange date, or 60 days after it was created if no date is set. More on our Privacy page.
